All-in-one casseroles are always a winning option when you want to please the whole family, even when time is tight! This delicious combination of chicken, broccoli, and bacon in a creamy sauce is quick to prepare and will appeal to young and old alike.
*ingredients :
+Chicken thighs
°12 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
+Broccoli
°500 ml () broccoli, cutting to florets
°Ancient Delights Ricotta Sauce
°1 jar contains 700 ml of Délices D'Autrefois Ricotta . sauce
°35% cooking cream
°80 ml (half a cup) 35% cooking cream
Cured meat
°6 strips of bacon, cut into pieces
* Steps :
Preheat oven 190°C (375°F).
Seasoning thighs with salt & pepper.
In a frying pan, heat a little olive oil over a medium heat. Roast the upper thighs for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Reserve on a plate.
In the same skillet, cook the broccoli for 2 to 3 minutes. Back up with the upper thighs.
In a saucepan, mix the sauce with the cream. Bring it to a boil.
Pour sauce to baking dish. Divide the chicken and broccoli on the plate, then sprinkle with the bacon.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the inside of the chicken loses its pink color.
